Apples differ in flavors and textures that range from tender and soft to crisp and tart. Dried Apples eliminate the associated problems of storing fresh fruit for long periods of time. Our Apples are peeled, dried and cored and contain no fat or cholesterol. A refreshing ingredient in dessert dishes, chutneys, strudels, sauces, stuffing and salads.
Dried Apple Rings contains sulfites.
Dried Apple Rings are very versatile as an ingredient in your favorite dish or as a garnish. They are tasty as is or re-hydrated for use in recipes.

There is no preparation needed for dried fruit. If used in baking, you may want to rehydrate. To rehydrate dried fruit, pour boiling water over the fruit and let sit covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
