Basic Preparation: Springkle on any food you want a bit of a crunch with. To use as a thickener, simpley add 2 Tbsp. of Chia Seed to 1 cup of water. Set for a few minutes and then whisk the gel to prevent lumps. Let stand for 15 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Water, milk, fruit juice or other beverages may be used to soak the seeds.
