• Our wild rice is scarified meaning we scratch the germ and bran layer allowing the wild rice to fully blossom when cooked, and giving it a consistent cook time as well as an extremely high yield.
• Our seasoning is specifically formulated for our wild rice blends, offering a delicate flavor than enhances our wild rice blends without the salty taste. The seasoning is in a separate packet from the rice allowing the consumer to season to their taste. Four different varieties are available, Maple Apple, Garlic Peppercorn, Vegetarian and Chicken.
